It doesn't matter what the person is wearing...

So I was asking this girl what I should wear in order to impress people. It wasn't a big conversation but one thing there was one thing I remember.

"It doesn't matter what the person is wearing, it's about the way they present themselves."

No way.
The way a person dress IS part of presentation. I speak from personal experience but I'm sure all of you feel the exact same way. I'm generally nicer to people who look "good" and I'm usually more short-tempered to people who look "bad".

Now, whether a person looks ugly or not is not in there control. They are born the way they are and they're stuck with it, but one thing they can control is the clothes they wear. This was the basis of the conversation.

When a person goes to an interview, they don't wear baggy sweatpants and a ridiculously big tee shirt that was obviously not made for him/her. At the same time, a person will not wear a 800 tux to school everyday. The reason why a person might dress according to the situation is because they want to be attractive, whether it is to an interviewer or teachers. Making a good first impression is vital in all situations.

So my goal is to make an attractive first impression to people I meet, preferably girls ;]

She didn't really give me any tips on what to wear besides preppy stuff. When I heard preppy stuff, I thought of Lacoste polos. These things are ridiculous. I'm not sure how much they are worth nowadays, but a couple years back, they go for $100 a piece. A polo with an alligator logo =O . That's basically just something that tells the world that they make a lot of money.

Is that really what girls are attracted to? Money?

If you can rock a fedora and size 15 clown shoes, you are the ultimate player.

Short answer: Yes, women are attracted to money.

Long answer: Some girls are attracted to more than money. But most of them would suck the cock of some multi-millionaire for a slice of their fortune, that's no lie.

lol intersting blog you got there. welllll. I agree with you about presenting people and first impressions. and it's human nature: girls are attracted to money. If you dress clean and with style, that's enough, though. You don't have to wear pricey things. At least for now,I'm not sure about later on, since we're all still young. And I like preppy too. That look is clean.
